Unbeatable direct gulf views await you at Maravilla 2404! This two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo can easily accommodate six guests, ensuring everyone is plenty comfortable whether you are here for a few days or even a month! Step out onto your very own private balcony and soak up the direct Gulf views that seem to stretch for miles.

When hunger strikes, the fully renovated kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook all your meals. Just stock the kitchen with your favorite snacks and you’ll be ready to dine!

The main bedroom includes a king size bed, TV, and a bathroom that is connected to the room. The bathroom has a tub and shower combination for you to enjoy a nice relaxing bath, or a quick shower.

The smaller guest bedroom is equipped with a queen-sized bed. Across the hall from it is the guest bathroom which includes a walk in shower. We provide a full linen set up for each bath and clean linens for each bed.

The laundry room is located in the hallway which is equipped with a full washer and dryer for your use. This condo is pet friendly upon approval. If you plan to bring your dog, please reach out to us so we can gather more information about your dog.

Not to mention, guests at Maravilla 2404 enjoy complimentary in-season beach service, with two chairs and an umbrella to lounge under from March 1st through October 31st. We now have a BEACH RAMP. Time at the beach has never been so sweet! Sink your toes down into the sand, observe the beautiful emerald-colored ocean, feel the nice, soft breeze and warm sunshine on your skin. What more could you ask for?

Then, retire back to Maravilla and explore the community amenities. Two pools (one heated in winter), a fitness center, hot tub, tennis and pickleball courts, basketball area, BBQ grills, picnic tables and so much more ensure that you are left endlessly entertained during your time here.

There is even a clubhouse at Maravilla that can be rented for small groups or to ease into the couch with a book or to watch TV!

Rental golf carts and e-bikes are now allowed, while other motorized vehicles (e-scooters, one-wheelers, etc.) remain prohibited. There are some regular bikes available for rent on site. Check the tag on the bike for the company name and contact info.

From shopping to dining and everything in between, you will be amazed at all the nearby choices available to you! You can even walk to restaurants including Captain Daves, Kenny D's and Pompano Joes. The Silver Sands Outlet shopping and Destin Commons are great places to visit! Check out local Destin golf courses or drive a few minutes to Downtown Destin or Destin Harbor and explore local events, water sports, charter boats and entertainment. Families enjoy the Big Kahuna water park and Gulfarium nearby. You will never run out of fun things to do while you are here!

Such a wonderful condo if I was ever fortunate enough to live here permanently I would be 100 percent satisfied to wake up in this condo every morning. It’s perfect from the easy parking to the beautiful views and you are just steps away from the beach. The only hard part was having to leave and the host are great Karen and Stephanie made our whole experience as great as possible from the booking to checkout. Our family has been coming to the Destin and Panama City area for 25 years and this was our favorite so far.
