Each spacious unit has a private balcony to provide you with breathtaking views of Florida sunsets. And when you’re ready to sink your feet into the sugary sand of the world’s finest beaches, all you have to do is cross the street and you’re there. Your own private beach thanks to Summer Breeze's deeded beach access. The inviting pool is complete with plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas, lovely landscaping, a hot tub and showers for a sand-free retreat. And to end a perfect day in the sun, gather the family around the picnic tables for a cook-out! Or if you don’t feel like cooking, there are several appetizing restaurants waiting to heat up your taste buds all within walking distance. Summer Breeze is located in the heart of Destin so the entertainment opportunities are overwhelming! Outdoor malls, movie theatres, hundreds of eateries, arcades and award winning golf courses are all just minutes away. This property now offers wireless internet at each unit!

We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.

Property rules state: no RV's or trailers of any kind are allowed to be parked in the community parking area. Please call us to arrange off site parking if you are bringing a trailer or RV.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays. In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.

Good location

We did a quick one night stay at this condo for our last night in Destin. We typically stay in a larger condo complex closer to the harbor but wanted to see how this part of Destin was for future stays. Unfortunately this complex does not allow you to use the pool before the very strict 4pm check in. We checked out of our other condo at 10am and did some shopping during the day. Upon check in we could not find a pool key. My daughter was so disappointed to not be able to use the pool on the last day of vacation. The pool keys are old school and require an actual key to get in the gates. We also left early the next morning but the porch swing would have been great in the mornings and I think the view would have been really nice. The condo was nice and had a pocket door for the bunk bed area. The only issue I think we would've had for a longer stay was that there is only one bathroom. Pompano Joes is right across the street. This area seems a little younger and people tend to walk around more. I think it would be a fun area!

Dingy, dirty and uncomfortable

Rugs in living room, kitchen were filthy. Bedding was dirty and some of the pillows had blood stains. Wasn't a good weekend.

Comfortable condo, good view, great location

I don’t think you’ll find a better view without being directly on the beach. Kitchen was small but well stocked with cookware and utensils. Good restaurants nearby, including one directly across the street. Unit was comfortable and homey. Bed in the master bedroom was great. Bunks and sleeper sofa were fine. The kids complained about a lack of outlets near the bunk beds; they had to unplug a lamp in the living room and run a charging cable to their bunk to charge their devices. Speaking of which, this unit had really good, really fast internet. One drawback was a lack of a washer-dryer in the unit, but there was one downstairs. Would stay there again, no question!
