This spectacular Destin home is dog friendly!

The welcoming interior of Seas the Day along with its close proximity to the beach is guaranteed to cure all kinds of ailments because, after all, there isn’t much that vitamin sea can’t fix! The three bedrooms and open living area are decked in rejuvenating coastal tones of pale aquas combined with cheerful decor and carefully coordinated furnishings. Cool tile floors, a laundry room and a kitchen stocked with all the cookware you’ll need gives vacationing at Seas the Day all the necessities of home but with none of the annoyance.

Upon accessing the beach, you’ll be welcomed through the Beach Pavilion, which has a variety of features for the Emerald Shores guests! The Pavilion area provides bathrooms and a beach bar which serves food and beverages, making it a pleasure to stay at the beach all day long.

This gated neighborhood gives you the opportunity to make the most of your trip this year with your own elegant home and prime location!

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

Arm Bands are required March- October. Guests must get them from the beach vendor at the pavilion between hours of 10am-4pm, Mon-Sun. If guests arrive after hours, they can pick them up the next day. Arm bands cost $30.00 per reservation and is non refundable.

We require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays. We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students.

This property is dog friendly. You must pay a pet fee (please inquire about cost before booking) and provide up to date shot records.

No boats, jet skis, trailers, RVs are allowed- No parking in the cul-de-sac or on the grass- No tents on beach
