I have never had such a difficult time with a booking before! The host of Travelstaycation notified me of a mistake with the address and that the apartment was at a different location than what was on my confirmation. I asked for an updated confirmation multiple times and she kept saying that I would get the corrected address information the day before check-in with instructions. I told her I don’t do business that way. She continued to ingnore my request. Upon getting check-in instructions I noticed the check-in time she stated was different from Expedia and TravelStaycations check-in time. She stated check-in time was 4:00 and on my confirmation it stated 3:00. I had arranged dinner plans so I needed the 3:00 check-in. She emailed me back and completely disregarded what I had told her even after me sending screenshots of the times on my confirmations. It wasn’t until after I voiced that I would reach out to Expedia due to too many issues with the booking, that she apologized and accommodated my check in time. She asked me to be patient because they were working through some issues. I’m assuming with booking/website. I did not call Expedia/you because I was willing to still try to work through the issues. The room was real nice and that helped. The pool and hot tub, I found out by a local resident, had not been working for 1 month. The whole reason I booked the apartment was because of those amenities. Host stated she would reach out before checkout but never did.
