We were told we would get discounted for our stay. We did not. We had black mold all over our shower ceiling, our sink was clogged in the bathroom, our tub was clogged water would fill to the ankles. Hallway smelled like an ash tray. None of the vending machines worked. Large room next to our hallway that looks like where an indoor pool would be was filled with junk from the hotel. We had to park in the back which had old cars and junk from homeless sleeping back there. Over all we would stay if we had too. The kitchen and living room were very cute. Bedroom was clean. But the bathroom and plumbing were aweful. The toilet wasn’t even bolted correctly to the ground. Water would leak from the bottom and the toilet would move when you did. There is so much moisture in that bathroom hair was sticking everywhere, and the toilet tank was always dripping from condensation.

Overall, it was a great experience. The front desk staff was friendly when we arrived and left. Super helpful. The rooms looked like they were upgraded and clean. They had decent breakfast and had some snacks you could grab and go. I will say the parking lot is sketchy on the opposite side of McDonalds.

Greeted by Sandra, the friendliest and most helpful hotel staff I’ve ever met! Impeccably clean and well equipped rooms. Complimentary earplugs due to proximity to train tracks, although we didn’t notice any during our stay. Breakfast is extensive, but could use something “fresh” like a fruit bowl or other. Air conditioner was quite noisy, and different fan settings didn’t seem effective.

Nice stay!

The area leaves a bit to be desired still. Homeless in the parking lot during the day. The train was muffled by the air conditioner. The hotel was full, but every guest was treated with care.

Staff were really helpful at check-in and when we had an issue with the door lock. Room was clean and comfortable. Hotel was very clean - constantly saw staff vacuuming, mopping and cleaning carpets. Only negative was internet is very slow - only 3 mbps and you had to be a Wyndham rewards member or it cost you.

I reserved a King, Deluxe room. Other then the bed, there was nothing deluxe about the room. The A/C unit sounded like a jet engine ion the room, that was slightly outdone by the nightly train noise. The hotel was outdated and dirty which was not reflected in the online photo images. The breakfast was good.

Clean, great night staff on duty. Breakfast was typical for hotel but one step above with good choices and it was HOT! Unusual for a hotel. Close to the train, so take the ear plugs at check in if you need to. Pillows need replacing. Lots of plugs available to recharge everything, which gives it the extra star.
