The ground floor welcomes you with a warm and inviting living area featuring cosy furnishings and wooden furniture, a dining table, a dining nook, and an open-hearth fireplace used for decorative purposes. From the living area, you have direct access to the terrace. Also on this level, 1 bedroom is equipped with 2 beds and benefits from a private bathroom with bath, shower, and WC. The open-plan kitchen on this floor is fully equipped and connects seamlessly to the living and dining spaces. A separate WC is also available on this floor. The upper floor, characterised by charming sloping ceilings, houses 2 additional bedrooms: 1 room with 2 beds and 1 room with 1 double bed, both sharing a shower and WC. The upper floor also provides access to the balcony. Throughout the property, underfloor heating is present on the ground floor, while oil heating serves the upper level. Outdoor living is generously catered for with a balcony, 2 terraces that are partly covered, and terrace furniture, all set against a very beautiful panoramic view of the mountains.
