C-1 sijaitsee vain 5-10 minuutin etelään keskustasta Moabista erittäin halutuissa Rim Village -kaupunkitaloissa. Olohuoneessa on uusi mukava lounaaseen sohva nukkuja suuri muistin vaahto patja, rakkaus istuin ja tuoli ottomaani rentoutumiseen. Ruokapöydän on 6 tuolia plus 4 tuolia keittiön baarissa. Tämä yksikkö sijaitsee suhteellisen lähellä yhteisön allas / kylpyamme alueella. Master Suite on mukautettu lounaaseen king-vuode, 55 "SMART HDTV ja takka. Master kylpyhuoneessa voit nauttia liotus poreallas / suihku. Toisessa makuuhuoneessa on erittäin mukava uusi patja - Queen bed-55 "älykäs HDTV. Kolmas makuuhuoneessa on kaksi erillistä vuodetta. Myös 2 erillistä rullaa vuodepaikkaa saatavilla pyynnöstä geeli muistia vaahtopäällysteet mahtuu 8 vuodepaikkaa. On ulkona pöytä, tuolit ja liukuva rakkauspaikka ulkona tai vain rentoutua, käydä ja nauttia näkymistä. Myös paikan päällä on yhteisön poreallas avoinna ympäri vuoden ja ulkouima-allas, joka on avoinna huhtikuusta lokakuuhun. 9.00 - 21.00.
Ulkopuolella oven, nauttia golf, vaellus, maastopyöräily, pyöräily, koskenlaskua, antiikin Rock Art, neljän Wheeling, moottoripyöräilyä, ATV / UTV ratsastus, hiihto ja lumikenkäily, ratsastus, maisema-asemat, lintujen tarkkailu, rock kiipeilyä, sky diving ja luonnonkaunis kone ratsastaa. Olemme 10-15 minuutin ajomatkan päässä Arches National Parkista, 30-45 minuutin ajomatkan päässä Canyonlandsin kansallispuistosta, Dead Horse Point State Parkista. Vain Espanjan laaksossa sijaitsevat Kenin järvi, La Sal -vuoret ja Loop Road, maailmankuulu Slickrock-pyöräilyreitti ja monet ATV / nelivetoiset reitit.
Tämä loma-asunto sijaitsee kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Old Spanish Trail Arena. Majoituspaikassa on saatavilla ulkouima-allas, poreallas ja pyykinpesutilat. Loma-asunnossa tarjoaa asiakkaiden käyttöön esimerkiksi ilmaisen Wi-Fi-yhteyden ja poreammeen.

Talon säännöt

HOUSE RULES 1. Take care of our vacation home as you would your own home. 2. Please remove your shoes while in our home. 3. Please refrain from activities which might result in excessive wear or damage to the home and its furnishings. 4. No jumping on the beds. 5. Please turn off lights and TVs when not in use. 6. Please keep the outdoor grill as clean as possible. Use tin foil if using sauces. If grill is left unusually dirty there could be up to an extra $50 cleaning fee assessed by housekeeping to perform the clean. They are not fun to clean. 7. Lower umbrella and tie-up when not in use. Wind can cause damage if left open and unattended and could break window. 8. Take out your garbage to the trash receptacle in the garage. There is a community dumpster behind the pool if needed. Do not leave garbage on floor outside receptacles. 9. There are plastic trash cans in the garage for recycling. 10. No climbing or sitting on walls. An HOA fine of $!50 may be assessed if reported. 11. The home occupancy shall not exceed 8 people. 12. NO PETS ALLOWED! There is a $250 fine for having pets on the premises, the remainder of your stay is forfeited, and you will be charged for any damage and/or costs associated with cleaning the home due to pets. 13. NO SMOKING in or around the townhomes and the pool/club area. 14. No glass or alcohol allowed in the hot tub and clubhouse pool area. 15. There are additional parking stalls available for your use. Do not park in fire lanes. The HOA may assess a fine. 16. If you do not wish to purchase the VRBO damage protection you will need to provide a Credit Card number prior to check in for your security deposit.

Wonderful stay

Perfect place for a wonderful stay in Moab. Condo had a great layout with a huge master bedroom and very comfortable queens. Clean, just as described and the unit had everything you need. Oh and did I mention the wonderful view!

Home away from home

Propert was just as listed. Pantry is around the corner from the kitchen. Nice and large to store all of the items needed. It was odd staying in a unit for sale. My son got asked about the property while sitting outside. He didn't have any answers for the on lookers. A couple of things i wish it had, so note for next time, a fan in the master bedroom. The AC register is really high and it stayed warm. I ended up opening the window part way to cool down the room and it helped. However i heard something in the middle of the night outside and couldn't go back to sleep for a while. Another tip, bring a roku or something to play a streaming service on. Lots of room for your entire family to spread out and enjoy yourself!
