Kolmen makuuhuoneen, 2. 5 kylpyhuoneemme, 1 520 SF Rim Village Vistan kaupunkiasunto sijaitsee kätevästi vain 6 km: n päässä Moabin keskustasta. Sen sijainti tarjoaa ihanteellisen pääsyn maastopyöräily- ja retkeilyreiteille, 4-pyöräisten ajo-retkille sekä Archesin ja Canyon Landsin kansallispuistoihin. Se tarjoaa upeat näkymät jokaisesta ikkunasta, mukaan lukien Mill Creek-alueen hiekkakivikuvut ja La Sal -vuoret.

Meillä on myös lastenistuin ja pakata ja leikkiä paikan päällä pienten lasten perheille.

Suuri 2 auton autotalli, jossa avaaja, on täydellinen tallentamaan Jeep, mönkijät, polkupyörät ja muut lelut turvallisesti sisälle. Ajotiellä on tilaa vielä 2 autolle. Pyöräilijöille on saatavana pyörien korjausteline ja valikoima työkaluja, jotta pyörät pysyisivät huippukunnossa pitkän päivän jälkeen polulla tai tien päällä! Pyöräilijä- ja Street Legal ORV: n jäsenet voivat ajaa asunnosta Espanjan laakson ajamisen kautta ja käyttää monia Moabin suosituimpia polkuja tarvitsematta ajaa Hwy 191: llä tai kuljettaa ajoneuvojasi.

Varaa vähintään viikko ja 10%: n alennus sovelletaan automaattisesti (ei koske Jeep-viikkoa).

Peruutussäännöt: Varaus vaaditaan 300 dollaria. Tätä 300 dollarin maksua suoritetaan kokonaissummaan, ja se palautetaan vain 72 tunnin kuluessa varauksen tekemisestä. Jos saapumispäivä on 45 päivän sisällä varauksesta, vaaditaan täysi maksu varauksen yhteydessä. Peruutukset tai muutokset, jotka johtavat lyhentyneeseen oleskeluun ja jotka tehdään 45 päivän kuluessa saapumispäivästä, menettävät koko varauksen summan, kun taas peruutukset, jotka tehtiin yli neljäkymmentäviisi (45) päivää ennen saapumistasi, menetetään vain 300 dollarin maksu suoritettu varauksen yhteydessä. Wish we could have gotten a code for the garage. Need towel bar in main bathroom and grab bars in shower. Had to buy a step stool to use in slippery shower. Needed tv instructions at the property. But otherwise, it was wonderful and everything we needed was there. Loved having a cooler available for day trips.

Excellent location, the condo was clean and well stocked. We especially liked the garage as it made packing and unpacking easy. The kitchen space was small but OK for 2 people at a time but the large dining table and breakfast peninsula more than made up for the kitchen. Host was excellent and we appreciated the Moab local information left in the condo.

Good Choice for Moab

Very nice condo with views of mountains. Layout of rooms very nice, very clean, nice garage, kitchen, living room. Kitchen well furnished. About 5-10 minutes south of Moab. Great for families. Washer/Dryer. Bedrooms for kids were great and Master Bedroom was exceptional. Our only negative was that the sheets on the master bedroom bed were very worn and the only low-quality item in the condo.

Convenient & Comfortable

POSITIVES: - Convenient to Moab, just a few miles down the road - Very clean when we arrived (even the garage!) - Beds were comfortable - Plenty of space for 2 couples, would be great for a family. - Furniture & appliances in good condition - A few essentials in the cabinets, and loved the local coffee beans - Washer/Dryer worked great - It was a bit chilly when we visited so did not try out the pool or hot tub, and did not use the patio furniture out front for a meal. They all looked nice. NEGATIVES: - Don't have any negatives, it was just what we were looking for - One suggestion would be to put a dimmer switch on the light over the dining table....minor detail. COMMENTS: - The front porch and master do have a nice view. You can't really use the upper patio off the master because it says no furniture is allowed out there. - The property faces the main street coming into the neighborhood. This means there is always a truck with trailer parked right out front. It's great if you towing, but may be a bit surprising if you are not. Property description does not mention that. - This did not bother us as everyone was very respectful. This is Moab after all and part of the vibe. There was no loud noise late at night or early in the morning that disturbed us. Not only is this a great place to stay in Moab, it is also a great value. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Great location in Moab, comfortable, clean and quiet

We stayed here for three nights while visiting Moab. It is outside of the busier main area of Moab, but an easy drive to get to restaurants, etc. We visited Canyonlands and Arches while here and it was perfect. Besides being in a condo group, the area was quiet and everything was comfortable.

Great location. Hosts very helpful as we arrived on Christmas Eve and needed suggestions for groceries before everything closed for Christmas. Plenty of room and very clean and comfortable.

Moab Weekend Stay

Great location just out of town. Unit was just as described and very clean. It's nice that they provided a welcome kit of basic necessities. The garage was convenient to pull in and out of. We would stay here again when in Moab for the weekend.

Moab vacation

Great place to stay. Condo was clean and very comfortable. Pool and hot tub close by. We went in early September so not too crowded. Moab was 10 minutes away with plenty of restaurants and local craft stores. Also close to Arches and Canyonlands.

Nice Stay and Excellent View

The property was very nice with two heated pools and a hot tub. Overall the condo was clean and pretty much had everything you need. Some very little things were lacking such as no laundry basket (have to hand carry laundry from the attached garage area back into the condo), minimal amounts of shampoo and conditioner provided. The condo was a bit further than I had estimated to downtown Moab (~12-15 minutes), but may not be a bad thing overall as you are away a bit from the hustle and bustle of downtown). These are very minor in comparison to an overall great stay and I’d still stay there again and recommend to others.

Great views, great location, great stay

We were here for a week. The place was wonderful. Everything that we needed was there except for Kleenex, which we had brought with us luckily. All the pots and pans and everything were right where we needed them and the location to get into Moab was fast and easy.
