We recently had the opportunity to stay at your hotel for a few days and would like to share some recommendations that we believe could improve the guest experience:
• Faster and More Efficient Check-In: The check-in process could be streamlined to reduce wait times and eliminate unnecessary paperwork, such as the requirement to place a slip on the dashboard. A digital or automated alternative could make the process more convenient for guests.
• Healthier Breakfast Options, Especially for Children: While we appreciated the variety of breakfast offerings, we noticed that healthier options were somewhat limited. Expanding the selection to include more fresh fruits, whole grains, and lower-sugar choices would be beneficial, particularly for families with young children.
• More Comfortable Mattresses: The mattresses were quite firm, feeling almost as hard as cardboard, which made it difficult to get a restful night’s sleep. Upgrading to higher-quality, more supportive mattresses would greatly enhance guest comfort and overall satisfaction.
