Room was clean but no storage space in the bathroom to speak of. Only one hook for towels and only storage space except for where the clean towels were stored. There was an awful odor all through the lobby area and it was a little less in the halls of the rooms. Might have been cleaning solutions but it was super strong.

Well it is sad when I gave the lady working there cash to put toward my booking and asked the rest to put on my card. To find out she didn’t do that and took my cash and put it all on my card! Very unhappy about this! The place was clean but got taken.

The lobby was beautiful, but the front desk agent who checked us in was not friendly. We weren’t directed to the elevators, which were down a dim, hard-to-find hallway. Once on our floor, the hotel smelled old, and the hallway lighting was very dim. Our room had a strong mold smell, the bathroom ceiling showed water damage, and there was no iron, only a steamer with mold inside. The TV also kept rebooting all night. What we experienced did not match what’s shown online or in the lobby. The gentleman at checkout was very friendly, but overall, I would not stay here again.
