The Warwick-Windsor condos were built in 1930 and are on picturesque Government Street two miles from downtown. This studio was furnished to be comfortable for any length stay and has a separate kitchen with its own dining area. The balcony is set back from the street, and the surrounding neighborhoods are very walkable and spectacular.

There is a 50" TV with a full sound system, and a wall-mounted TV in the kitchen as well. Downtown is a very short drive down Government Street, and there is an ALDI, Starbucks, and donut shop next door.
