Welcome to our amazingly comfortable and quaint 1-bedroom apartment, located in the most central Midtown area of Mobile and surrounded by all the local favorite restaurants, grocery stores, gyms and more – located in one of the best (and safest) areas in Mobile. Centrally located, this adorable bungalow is less than 3 miles from downtown. Engulf yourself in rich culture, history and the sights of Mobile. A slew of outdoor pursuits, world-class entertainment and beautiful sandy beaches are within a 30-minute drive away.

This cozy yet modern bungalow is complete with all essential amenities with a private entrance and separate spaces - perfect for couples or small families.
Just a short drive to the University of South Alabama Medical Center, University of South Alabama Women's and Children's Hospital and Mobile Infirmary Hospital! The university of South Alabama isn’t far either - Just a great location overall!

We do allow pets at this location, but we'd ask that you contact us before bringing your pet.
OF NOTE: Great spot for almost complete handicapped accessibility (there is a small step from the living room to the kitchen area and a curb on the shower, but all other areas are very open and accessible for wheelchairs.
