Welcome to the heart of Modena. Ganden's Flat, a happy and pure place, is perfect for couples, families or business travelers. 
Once you arrive at your destination, the parking in front of the apartment is free and convenient.
Located on the third floor with elevator, Ganden's Flat awaits you to accommodate you during your stay in the city. 
You will find us 4 km from the symbol of Modena, the Ghirlandina Tower, and the Duomo, and a 15-minute drive from the Enzo Ferrari Museum.
As soon as you enter you will find the warm atmosphere of your home, and immediately on the right the large kitchen complete with everything you need to try your hand at preparing the best traditional Modenese dishes to be enjoyed at the table while watching TV, or in the silent and ventilated terrace communicating with both the kitchen itself as well as the living room.
Right here, in the living room, you can relax by watching your favorite series on the Smart TV or admiring the splendid craftsmanship: a corner window with more than 30 model motorcycles, which enhances the Land of Motors, or Motor Valley, known throughout the world… Emilia. 
Are you here on business? Under the stairs in the corridor you will find an office space, with a large wooden desk where you can carry out your work tasks.
To guarantee complete regeneration, the apartment has a double bedroom with a large wardrobe and, for the little ones, another bedroom with a desk, a raised single bed and the possibility of adding a cot for children underneath.
Finally, the bathroom, equipped with complete bathroom fixtures, sink with large illuminated mirror, hairdryer and set of soft towels at your disposal. 
You will have air conditioning, Wi-Fi connection, washing machine and dishwasher at your disposal.
The structure is equipped with self check in, it will therefore be possible to access at any time, but we always prefer to know the time of your arrival for any need.
