Room was very clean and nice. Beds are firm and are a bit high so if you're short..its a bit hard to get on the bed. Do wish the beds were queen size instead of full size. Only real negative was that you can hear every step of the occupants upstairs if you are staying on a the 1st floor. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Overall..we did enjoy our stay.

The only reason I booked this room for my husband was because he had an extremely long day and all he wanted was to relax in the hot tub. When he went to the hotel he was told the hot tub was out of order. It was disappointing.

The staff during check in/out was amazing. Room was outdated but that’s ok this was a last minute overnight quick trip. In the morning when exiting the shower I grabbed my towel and a huge roach fell into the tub! Had to shake out my overnight bag and wash everything as soon as I got home.

The room was clean and comfortable. Check in staff was very friendly. I have no real complaints about the hotel itself. However management should be aware that the girl who I think was supposed to be working in the morning spent the whole time sitting in the breakfast area next to her cleaning supplies and staring at her phone. Multiple people came into the breakfast room and she didn’t greet or interact with anyone during the 25 minutes that we were eating. Not very professional…
