The house itself has a big balcony at the front with a spectacular view over Mogan. You can see the whole boulevard, the beach and Puerto de Mogan. Perfect for having your breakfast in the morning or to watch the sky with all its different colours when sunset sets in with a glass of wine. You have to do something to get this amazing view, 150 steps up. You can not get to the apartment by car.

Dejligt og udfordrende!

Det var dejligt med en uovertruffen udsigt. De mange trin var både dejligt udfordrende og nogle gange irriterende mange, når man hurtigt skulle bruge noget fra butikken:-) Vi har været her for 30 år siden, og det var spændende at vende tilbage. Vi manglede ikke noget i lejligheden, alt var ok:-)

FeWo mit mehr Potential

Wir machen gerne Urlaub im alten Dorf von Puerto de Mogan und haben uns deshalb für diese FeWo entschieden. Der Mietpreis ist relativ hoch, deshalb haben wir mehr Komfort, Ausstattung und Service erwartet. Die FeWo ist doch schon sehr abgewirtschaftet, aber das wäre noch kein Problem. Leider waren alle Kissen und Auflagen schmutzig. Für die vier Stühle am Terrassentisch gab es nur eine Sitzauflage. In unserer Zeit mit 11 Übernachtungen wurden (bei Schlüsselübergabe aber versprochen) keine Handtücher oder Bettwäsche gewechselt, obwohl bei Temperaturen von bis zu 37 Grad (Calima) ein Wechsel hygienisch gewesen wäre. Der Duschvorhang sollte auch unbedingt gewechselt werden (eklig)! Preis-Leistung passt einfach nicht! Lage und Aufteilung der Wohnung sind wirklich sehr schön, aber auch um die Ausstattung sollte sich regelmäßig gekümmert werden, damit man sich rund um wohlfühlen kann.

Gigantischer Blick

Seit unserem letzten Besuch in dieser Wohnung wurden die Betten erneuert und die Möbel auf der Terrasse. Beides prima. Allerdings ist die Wohnung insgesamt mittlerweile doch etwas verwohnt und in die Jahre gekommen (Sofa,Rollos, Duschvorhang, Kissen!!, Deko an den Wänden, leere Gardinenstangen überall). Man fragt sich, warum nicht mit wenig Geld und Aufwand alles etwas Netter gestaltet wird? Trotzdem großartiger Blick über die Bucht. Daher immer noch empfehlenswert.

Die Unterkunft hat eine tolle Terrasse mit einem umwerfenden Ausblick aufs Meer. Die Lage im alten Dorfkern hoch oben, auch mit Blick auf den Hafen, ist sehr schön und authentisch. Leider ist die Unterkunft nicht gut gepflegt. Diverse Lampen gingen nicht, das Geschirr ist an vielen Stellen beschädigt, manche Schranktüren und Klinken defekt etc. Auf die ersten Beanstandungen (z.B. defekte Kaffeemaschine und nicht funktionierende Fernbedienungen) wurde umgehend reagiert, jedoch wurde nur ein Teil der Probleme gelöst. Aus unserer Sicht müsste einiges instand gesetzt und viele Ecken mal aufgeräumt und gereinigt werden. Sehr schade - wir hätten uns gerne wohler gefühlt und haben vieles auch schon als direktes Feedback weiter gereicht. Preis-Leistung hat für uns nicht gepasst (haben allerdings auch nur zu Zweit gemietet). Check in und check out haben sehr gut geklappt.

Wunderbare Aussicht

Wenn man es ganz bequem haben möchte, sind die vielen Stufen bis zur Wohnung sicherlich ein Hindernis. Wir haben es aber sehr genossen, in einem hübschen Häuschen im alten Dorfkern zu wohnen, und bei der wunderbaren Aussicht, die man von der Terrasse und von der ganzen Wohnung genießt, lohnt sich die kleine Anstrengung auf jeden Fall!

Fantastiskt läge

Vi var mycket nöjda med läget på lägenheten. 150 trappsteg upp men då har man utsikt över havet, hamnen och byn. Perfekt med frukost vid soluppgången på terrassen. Patrick var mycket hjälpsam om vi hade några frågor. Vi kan rekommendera denna lägenhet.
