Holiday home of approx. 65 m² with its own covered, enclosed terrace in idyllic peace and quiet at the end of a small street with a fantastic view of Mont Ventoux. A children's play area and barbecue are available. Culture, walking, cycling, swimming and markets are all within easy reach.
Equipped with a pellet stove for the transition period as well as electric heating, a large, well-equipped kitchen, kitchen and bathroom towels and sun loungers for the garden or terrace, the holiday home in the heart of nature becomes a second home at any time of year.
TV, DVD, CD, free WiFi. Free private parking.

PRICES ARE PER WEEK (electricity up to 60 kWh/week incl, additional consumption for a fee 0.30 €/kWh, in heating season one bag of pellets incl, bed linen and towels incl, basic cleaning before departure compulsory, full final cleaning can be done by the tenant or for a fee: 60 €). Le Tilleul with Mont Ventoux view.

A big thank you to Tobias and Christine! We had a wonderfully warm and relaxing 2 week stay. The property is sunny but also provides areas of shade anytime during the day. The view of Mont Venteux is nice and reminds you that you are not at home but on holiday. The large property offered great privacy especially since the second house was not occupied during most of our stay. Still, I think it's big enough to share with other guests where everyone can find their "sweet spot". The house is well stocked with enough plates, glasses and other kitchen necessities. The beds are comfy with cool sheets and warm blankets. The middle-ages charm is not lost even though there are of course some modern conveniences. Be aware though that there are two other families who live close and their pets (dogs and cats) roam free. All were friendly but often too curious about our activities and didn't really respect the property lines when picking the perfect place to relieve themselves. You might need to "jiggle the handle" to stop the toilet tank when refilling. The wooden couch may at first not appear comfy but with a few pillows and blankets it's a nice place to cuddle up for a last glass of wine before bed.

Wir wurden von der Vermieterin sehr nett empfangen. Wir bekamen auch Tips für Unternehmungen in der Umgebung. Auch Adressen von Restaurants schrieb sie auf. Allerdings waren wir aufgrund der sehr hohen Temperaturen abends zu müde, um noch einmal mit dem Auto loszufahren. Außerdem war die Küchenausstattung sehr gut und die Terrasse so gemütlich, dass wir es vorgezogen haben, unser Abendessen vor der Ferienwohnung einzunehmen und die wunderschöne allmähliche Abenddämmerung mit Blick auf den Mont Ventoux zu genießen. Wir haben uns in den neun Tagen unseres Aufenthaltes wunderbar erholt und sehr wohl gefühlt.

maison très bien placée, idéale pour une famille, bien équipée, Tobias, propriétaire très dispo, malheureusement pas là pour nous accueillir personnellement ce jour-là, mais très facilement joignable

Un séjour parfait, au calme et dans une maison toujours fraiche et parfaitement équipée.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine chez Christine et Tobias. La maison a la taille idéale (nous étions deux + un chien), elle est très propre, meublée avec goût, bien équipée, suffisamment isolée mais proche de tout. Le petit jardin clos à l'avant de la maison est toujours à l'ombre grâce au grand tilleul, ce qui permet de garder de la fraicheur. Tout autour, des vignes, des balades très nombreuses et des villages charmants (en particulier Mollans) et le Ventoux juste au-dessus. Vaison la Romaine est à 10/15 minutes. Merci à Christine et Tobias pour leur gentillesse, leur simplicité et leur discrétion. Nous recommandons.
