Holiday villa in Molvízar, province of Granada, Andalucia.

This gorgeous holiday villa lies in the small town of Molvízar, near the lovely villages of Salobreña and Motril on the Costa Tropical, which is renowned for the fantastic beaches and crystal-clear waters. Thanks to this house's location, you can enjoy day-trips to the mountains of the Sierra Nevada down to the shores of the Costa Tropical, or just unwind in the cosy outdoor area of the villa.

The warm indoor area welcomes a dining-living room with a grand fireplace in the corner, in front of which you can lay on two sofas and enjoy here some relaxing siestas. A fully-equipped independent kitchen with a dining table and a separate toilet are also available on the ground floor.

Upstairs, you are welcomed by three, sloping-ceiling bedrooms. The master bedroom is characterised by a rustic stone wall, wooden ceilings and access to the lovely terrace overlooking the surrounding countryside. This bedroom is one of the house’s most noteworthy rooms, as it welcomes a double bed, a gorgeous walk-in closet and an en-suite with a shower and two sinks. The second bedroom is equipped with one double bed, and the third and last bedroom features two twin beds. The whole villa is provided with warm/cool air-con.

Outside, you can kick back and let the sunshine warm you up. The porch, which you can access from the lounge room, welcomes an area for “al fresco” dining, where you will be accompanied by spectacular mountain views and dreamlike sunsets. A few steps lead from the porch into the terrace, where a chill-out area and a covered BBQ are located. A wooden fence separates the patio from the marvellous private pool, characterised by Roman entrance, where the whole family can cool off during the long summer days. A few sun loungers and a parasol are also provided to ensure the highest comfort.

The guests of the villa will have a 2-place parking space at their disposal, located in a bigger parking lot that is shared with the attached house.

The access to the villa is via a paved lane.
