Beautiful apartment of 60 sq.m., with 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom, kitchen, internet with fiber, HD TV... Outside, a terrace with a view of the Bay of Menton, the Saint Michel Church and the Italian coast. For lunch and dinner, an outdoor dining room. The backyard includes a parking lot and a charging station, fruit trees, flowers, olive trees, orange trees, clementine, pine, laurel...
Our neighborhood is very quiet all year round, and you'll hear the cicadas during the day in summer.
