The water pipes in our room were hammering whenever we tried to shower. Thought they were coming through the wall. Also we had booked 2 rooms when making our booking expecting them to be at best close together not on separate floors. The clerk did manage to get us on the same floor but opposite ends of the floor. Although we didn’t request close rooms we assumed that they would be close to each other. The breakfast was great through and the staff did manage to at lest accommodate us by getting us at lest on the same floor

We stayed for one night and the room definitely was NOT what the photo shows. There were barely any pillows on a King size bed, the chair’s fabric was torn, window was wide open when we got in the room so it was very cold. Window screen torn. Closet doors broken, curtains fell on us when we tried to open them. Fridge smelled bad and it look like it caught fire as there was fire damage in the fridge. Carpet was stained, towels were stained. Shower curtain was ripped in many places. It also says sound proof rooms but we heard everything from the halls and the room above us. Checked out and the lady barely said anything to us, just took the card keys. Also location is in behind a hardware store so that was the view.
