Everything was very good excluding the breakfast - A waffle maker - fresh pastries - fruitcup - would be appealing.. Unfortunately the muffinss you serve are dry and the eggs patties are terrible 😕 If you put more effort into what you serve for breakfast it would be a game changer 👍

Staff were very friendly and room was clean. However, when we got to our room the door was propped open, so I had to check the room before letting my daughters in the room. Wardrobe was hanging off the hinges. Laundry room featured in the photos is none existing and breakfast was sub-pare. Road into the hotel has deep pot holes and no lights, so beware if you arrive in the dark.

Room its self was ok....in it was an out dated material covered chair with notable old stains with wear on the arm rests. I did not touch it. looked dirty. I asked for a extra blanket at the desk, she wrote it down but I never received it. Certainly the hot breakfast food was running out frequently.will not stay here again.

Our check-in experience was terrible. Before arriving, I called the hotel directly to confirm whether I could use our group rate code if I booked through Expedia. I was told over the phone that I could apply it upon arrival — but once we got there, we were informed that wasn’t actually possible. This was very frustrating and misleading. The condition of the property also needs serious attention — the potholes driving into the hotel are massive and make a bad first impression. Breakfast was equally disappointing. The potatoes were completely undercooked, and the overall selection was very limited. It honestly felt embarrassing. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not recommend staying here.

The bathroom was disgusting, I have stayed in hostels that had cleaner amenities than this hotel did. The carpet in the room smelled and there was hair in the bed that was there upon arrival. I would not recommend or stay at this property again.

Lots of parking although lane down to hotel had a lot of deep pot holes. Room was clean and spacious for the king suite. Breakfast had some good options but not much space for guests to move around each other as the main items were all in one corner.
