We spent a lovely 5 days meeting a new addition to our family. The house was clean. Kitchen had all the necessities. Beds were comfortable (although one is very low to the ground). Easy access to the highways and airport. Check in and out was simple.One suggestion - a booklet with information about the property - heating/cooling/venting system, Smart TV operation, garbage/recycling/food waste sorting (not being from Moncton/New Brunswick we didn't know exactly what was to go in which receptacle).Lucas was easy to work with and responded promptly to questions.We would consider staying again.

I wish I could give a better review. But at best, all I can say is “VERY disappointing”. No air conditioning. Not, 2 steps to entering the house, there were 2 cement stones leading up a to a loose gravel walkway (and steep) to find out as you open the door, there are 16 steps in total, up to the kitchen/living area, down to the bedrooms and full bath. On top of the garbage that was piled up outside, not just a little but weeks and weeks worth, the “spongy” soft board on the deck (major accident waiting to happen), spiderwebs inside and out, desperately needs a paint job and repairs inside and all over lack of cleanliness was just a few issues. Then the gaslighting us, I’m sure after hearing us discussing our disappointment on his ring camera, he stoped communication completely. Pictures are very misleading as is the description.
