Al llegar al sitio,nos dicen q en esa dirección nunca se ha alquilado

Llegamos al sitio desde Madrid,y al llamar al teléfono q pone en la información,nos dicen q ya no se alquila hace mucho,y q no sabe dar respuesta alguna,q debería reclamar a la app,y al preguntar en la dirección,nos dicen q vive una familia hace más d cuatro años allí,y jamás se alquilo x medio d una app,o a participares,con lo cual perdimos el viaje,la señora q iba en embarazo,se le subió la tensión,al saber q ya no había reserva, esperando el rembolso completo del dinero ya q no existe tal reserva,mi número de teléfono es +34633268221, agradeciendo la atención y pronta respuesta, gracias
