Très bel établissement avec quelques disfonctionnements. Le Chek-in était mentionné à partir de 13:30 mais à notre arrivée personne à la réception. La femme de ménage a appelé quelqu'un qui est arrivé 15 min plus tard. Pas trop grave par contre lors de notre départ la réception n'était de nouveau pas occupée, ayant une réservation pour une visite nous avons après 10 min d'attente pris la décision de partir alors que nous devions régler les taxes et un forfait SPA, dans l'esprit de faire un virement. Une heure plus tard nous avons été contactés par la directionqui nous a communiqué son IBAN et nous avons immédiatement payé notre "ardoise" . Par contre l'établissement a contacté Hôtel.com pour leur dire que nous étions partis sans payer ce qui nous a évidemment déplus puisque nous n'étions pas responsable de cette situation. Mais bon tout est bien qui fini bien et nous avons quand même aimé ce tres bel endroit avec un très bon petit-déjeuner.
