Old .. not necessarily dirty but definitely worn out. Broken toilet seat, ripped up chairs, bathroom fans not working, cards had to be re-keyed every day, apparently cannot give extra blankets and/or pillows, pool seemed to be a popular pot smoking hang out for people not staying at hotel, etc, etc. Would not stay again.

Booked handicap room because of serious leg injury, asked for bottom floor, would not accommodate us. At check in clerk was rude and told me that I could not put key cards in or near wallet or it would de-magnetize the cards, absurd. After getting to room key cards did not work. Back down to desk and he again rudely said I made mistake and de-magnetized the cards. Back to room keeping cards well away from wallet or phone and they still did not work. Back to desk again, all unable to walk, due to leg injury. Finally clerk admitted the handicap rooms card readers do not work and they have to physically unlock door with a key every time we need to get into the room. Extremely inconvenient. Also 30 minutes after the breakfast opened there was already no coffee, no juice, and no fruit. Attempted to get staff to perform refills with no luck. Will never stay at this establishment again.

The people were really nice and very helpful. The room was an entirely different story. It was way smaller than I thought it would be considering it was suppose to be a suite. The smoke detector was going off but there was nothing that the employees could do to help. The room was clean but it still needed a lot of updating, and the shampoo dispenser keep detaching from the wall. I could have given a lower review but the people were just that nice

The carpet next to the a/c was wet, assume from condensation leaking from a/c. We mentioned it when checking out and they reversed the charge for one night. The free breakfast was very good.

Television was crap. Couldn’t get any volume and we were told to control on the tv not remote. There was no volume control on the TV. He lobby needs some attention like front doors were dirty and tidy up your landscaping! I can say bed was very comfortable!

Three sets of room keys that did not work .the desk clerk then told me they would just let me in when I needed. A couple of hours later she moved me to a new room. We stayed for two nights and encountered several issues during our visit that could be improved. One of the sheets in our room had a noticeable hole, and the bathroom appeared worn, with some stains that needed attention. Additionally, the microwave had significant rust, making my adult son refuse to use it to reheat our leftovers. Gross! During breakfast, the staff member responsible for serving seemed a bit rude when we asked for assistance, as her responses were somewhat curt. We also noticed that the biscuits were overly burnt, I mean black on the bottom! The fruit didn’t seem very fresh. Moreover, the dining area chairs had noticeable tears and peeling, which detracted from the overall experience. On a positive note, we found many of the other staff members we encountered to be friendly, helpful, and kind, which we truly appreciated. Overall, we believe there are several areas for improvement, and I hope that the management considers this feedback to enhance future guests' experiences. I would genuinely be embarrassed if I were the owner of this hotel.

If I had not been exhausted from driving many miles on a cross country trip, and reserved a prepaid room on Expedia, I would have left after waiting almost 20 minutes for someone to appear at the front desk to even check me in. Even worse, once we got to our room, my husband opens the room door and immediately sees and crushes a cockroach scurrying across the entry. Hairs in the shower, dirty corners of the floors, hard lumpy beds. Our stay was horrible from the moment we got there, and needless to say we will never stay there again!
