In a quiet village at the crossroads of Meurthe-et-Moselle, Meuse, and Vosges, this family home was completely renovated in 2023. Original features, such as the stone sink and the living room flooring, blend seamlessly into the contemporary style of the house.
Nearby attractions include: the Vannes-le-Châtel glass arts training center (10 minutes), Domrémy-la-Pucelle, Joan of Arc's birthplace (15 minutes), the Gallo-Roman amphitheater in Grand (20 minutes), the Favières leisure center (swimming) (20 minutes), Toul, with its vineyards and cathedral (30 minutes), and Nancy and Place Stanislas (50 minutes). A traditional confectionery shop and a sculptor's workshop are located in the village; visits are possible. A 2-hour hike or mountain bike ride is possible directly from the property. The cottage is entirely on the ground floor, with one step at the entrance, one step to the second bedroom, and two steps to the third bedroom.
A central 35 m² living area provides access to all the rooms in the house and includes a fully equipped kitchen and a stone sink.
There are three separate bedrooms (one with a 140x190 cm bed and the other with four 90x200 cm beds that can be joined together). Two of the bedrooms can be connected.
There is a bathroom with a 120x80 cm shower, a separate room with a sink, and a separate toilet. Wi-Fi internet access is available.
The all-inclusive price includes: bed linen and towels for the stay, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and trash), heating, and electricity with reasonable consumption.
Parking is available in front of the house.
