Upper Floor
A floor entirely dedicated to rest and comfort, with flexible room configurations to suit any group:

Extras (Not Included in the Price)
Available upon request:
Final cleaning: €425 (up to 25 working hours). Mandatory (can be done by the guest or hired separately).
Bed linen and towels: €15 (up to 2 nights) / €20 (more than 2 nights), per person. Use of bed linen is mandatory; guests may bring their own or rent them.
Pets: €40 per pet and stay.
Extra beds: the reservation can be adjusted later if the exact number of guests is not yet known (minimum 24 guests).

House Rules
Compliance is mandatory:
Leave the property clean and tidy upon departure.
Use of bed linen is mandatory.
Dispose of rubbish in the outdoor containers and recycle correctly.
Outdoor noise permitted only between 10:00 and 23:00.
Do not leave rubbish outside.
Shower before using the pool.
Only charcoal may be used in the barbecue.
Pets must be declared in advance.
Charging electric vehicles is prohibited.
Responsible use of the property, utilities, and surroundings is required.
Access to the roof is prohibited.
Any damage must be reported immediately.
Smoking inside the house is prohibited.
The number of guests must match the reservation.
Failure to comply may result in financial penalties.

Payments Upon Arrival
The following must be paid at check-in:
Tourist tax: €1.75 per person/night (from 16 years old) – Cash only.
Pending extras – Cash only.
Remaining rental balance (if applicable) – Cash only.
Security deposit: €700 – Card payment only.
The security deposit will be refunded approximately 7 days after departure, following inspection of the property. In case of damage, the corresponding amount will be deducted or the difference requested.

Check-in: from 15:00 to 20:00
Check-out: until 10:00
Whenever possible, flexibility with arrival and departure times will be offered.
