It is located just a stone's throw from the famous Playa Cristal, awarded the Blue Flag for the quality of its waters and services, and which stands out above all for its tranquillity. The residence has a communal area with a swimming pool and a lovely garden.

The house has air conditioning in all rooms and capacity for up to 8 people. It consists of 2 floors and a basement and is distributed as follows:
Ground floor:
- A small entrance courtyard with barbecue.
- Spacious lounge-dining room with access to the terrace.
- Full bathroom with shower.
- Fully equipped independent kitchen.
- Bedroom with two single beds.
- Private garden/terrace fully fenced with dining table and direct access to the communal area and swimming pool.
