New to rent. One of the most beautiful views of Montpezat Lake from this typical stone village house completely renovated with taste. The interior will seduce you with its charm and decoration. A true haven of peace. Sleeping capacity for 3 people. 1 bedroom with a 140 cm double bed, a mezzanine with 1 bed with 90 cm bed, 1 bathroom with WC, 1 living room, terrace with breathtaking views of the Lake. Equipment of the house: TV, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, iron, electric plancha, stereo, tennis court 300 meters from the house. Canoe rental 2 minutes, Riez Roman city with its 2 weekly Provencal markets 15 minutes, Lake of Sainte Croix du Verdon 10 minutes. Terrace and garden with solarium area. Parking at 50m.

Hervorragender Ausblick, ruhige Lage , Gute Kücheneinrichtung mit vorhandenen Basics wie Salz, Öl, Zucker, Kaffee, Gewürze sowie je 1 Flasche Wasser, Wein und Orangensaft (wir kochen gerne selbst), schnelles WLAN, Außeneinrichtung ganz nach unserem Geschmack. Alle Outdoormöglichkeiten waren schnell zu erreichen und haben wir täglich genutzt (Schwimmen, Kanufahren, Fahrradfahren, Joggen, Wandern). Sehr netter Gastgeber. Loggia mit Rundumblick perfekt für einen kühleren oder verregneten Tag.

Einfach nur Traumhaft

Auf dieser Terrasse zu sitzten und morgens wie abends die traumhafte Idylle und prächtige Landschaft genießen ist einfach nur traumhaft! Absolut ruhig präsentiert sich hier das "wahre Südfrankreich"! Hier verspürt man auch gar keine Lust ein Lokal aufzusuchen sondern nur in der exklusiv ausgestatteten Küche zu kochen und freut sich auf den nächsten Sonnenuntergang in dieser wunderbaren Umgebung! Sofort wieder! Danke Arnaud für diesen Traumort!

Wir haben das schön eingerichtete, gut ausgestattete und ruhig gelegene Steinhaus und besonders die große Terrasse mit dem wunderschönen Blick auf Umgebung und See sehr genossen. Toller Ausgangspunkt für Besuche der Hochebene und der Lavendelfelder, sowie der Verdonschlucht.

Vue magnifique et calme

Nous avons passé une superbe semaine dans cette location. La terrasse et la Loggia sont très appréciables et proposent une très belle vue dégagée sur le lac. Le tout à 15/20 minutes des activités (kayak/lac/rando…) En plus de tout ça, Arnaud a été très arrangeant et disponible tout au long du séjour. En résumé, une excellente semaine.

Vue splendide, maison agréable.

Lieu idéal pour se ressourcer. Il y en a pour tous les goûts. De l'oisif au sportif : farniente sur la terrasse, ballade en bateau électrique sur le lac, kayak, paddle, randonnées, VTT, cyclisme sur route... possible sur place. À un quart d'heure de voiture il y a le magnifique lac de Sainte Croix ( plages de petits cailloux et eau turquoise) et à 1h les vertigineuses gorges du Verdon où l'on peut pratiquer le canyoning. Nous sommes absolument enchantés.

Nous venons de passer une semaine magnifique dans la location d'Arnaud. Tout était conforme au descriptif de l'annonce. L'accueil de notre hôte était particulièrement agréable et sympathique. Une vue d'exception

Tout est dans le titre, une vue magnifique sur le lac en contrebas que ce soit depuis le solarium ou depuis la terrasse qui est d'ailleurs idéale pour bien finir la journée avec un apéro ou un jeu de société (voir les deux). Le village est très calme surtout à cette période de l'année. Le canoë et des randonnées sont accessibles à pied depuis la maison. Par contre voiture obligatoire pour manger ou faire les courses. Arnaud nous a très bien accueilli et s'est montré très disponible et réactif avant et durant le séjour. Hâte d'y retourner

Très belle location

Nous avons apprécié cette location qui correspondait à nos attentes : idéale pour un couple, très propre et très calme, la véranda est un plus (surtout lors des soirées plus fraîches de septembre), la terrasse est très agréable et complète (fauteuils, transats) avec une vue imprenable sur le lac de Montpezat. Cette maison a parfaitement répondu à nos attentes. La maison est également très bien aménagée et Arnaud nous y a très bien accueillis. La vue sur le lac est magnifique. Le lac et d’autres belles activités sont facilement accessibles. Vous y passerez forcément un très bon séjour !
