Amazing! Super clean, room modern/beachy. Staff was excellent. Customer service line respond extremely quick over text even on off hours and always helpful. Amenities they have a nice wellness area used the gym, red light therapy and sauna it was great. No complaints at all :)

Ocean view was a little disappointing, it was more of just dunes. location was very good, walking distance from everything in town and beach. Having no mini fridge was crazy to me, luckily it’s cold out so I put my drinks outside! Couldnt imagine how frustrating that is in the summer though. Otherwise room was clean and bed was super comfy.

The room looked like it should have been in a much higher end hotel as it was recently refurbished. Very comfortable to be in as well as clean. Was very pleased for the price. Only downside was that the curtains let in far too much light.

King dune rooms are extremely small and square footage is not communicated on Expedia or hotel website. I called and asked Robert about that and was told that they do not count square footage; that is a first in 40 years of travel. If I knew the square footage I would have booked a room 3 time that size as my daughter and I travel with our service dogs. However, Robert was immediately responsive regarding a plumbing incident (clog toilets) and changed us of room quickly. No envelope for the maid is a major inconvenience that led the maid to open the door of my room while I was undressed (I cut the story short). Please put an envelope to tip the maid, this process works in all range of hotel from 2 to 5 stars. Why reinventing the wheel? There is a keurig Coffee maker in the rooms (not stated anywhere). Room decor and shower gel etc. are positively unexpected in that category of hotel (2 stars). This was a nice surprise. We chose our hotels on the recommendation of Condé Nast and this one has certainly a spot in the game if there are some processes improvements.
