Private: well-kept garden 300 m2 (fenced), swimming pool (above ground) round (4 m diameter, depth 110 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with alarm system. Parking at the house. Shop 2 km, grocery 2 km, supermarket 2 km, restaurant 2 km, bakery 3 km, café 3 km, bus stop 500 m, railway station "Cannes" 350 km, rocky beach "La Bocca Cannes" 29 km, lake Saint Cassien 2.5 km. Golf course (18 hole) 7 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lac de Saint Cassien. Hiking paths: Les Adrets de l'Esterel, Gorges du Blavet, Gorges du Verdon. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Part of the house is closed and unoccupied. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.
