This is the back house on our property and the owners lives in the front house. Separate entrance with a shared driveway. Guests will have 1 parking spot. Inside, guests will find a cozy open concept loft with a full bed and a pleasant living room featuring a roomy L-shaped couch, TV, fully equipped kitchen complete with microwave and electric stove and mini fridge, and another pull out twin-sized sofa bed downstairs. The bathroom includes a shower, towels, soaps, and a hair dryer. Stay comfortable year-round with heating and air conditioning throughout the home. Prime location, 12 miles from NYC/ Penn Station and 10 min walk to train station on the weekdays and 15 min drive to Bay St station for weekends into the city. 15-20 minute drive to MetLife Stadium (6.9 miles distance) for World Cup.
