No geral o hotel é bom e bem localizado. O café da manhã é bem servido, com bolos maravilhosos e os funcionários são bem gentis. Mas percebi que as áreas comuns precisam de uma limpeza melhor, precisa de corrimão na escada para o estacionamento e melhor iluminação na entrada da garagem. O ruim é que pra usar a sauna tem que pedir pra ligar com 2 horas de antecedência e ela parece meio largada.

Bom porém não vale 360,00 por noite.

O quarto é grande porém se escuta tudo o que acontece no andar. A cama é extremamente mole, pra quem tem problema de coluna melhor dormir no chão. O café da manhã é ótimo, todos muito prestativos. As paredes do quarto estão descascando.

Fizemos reserva de dois apartamentos. Um em meu nome e um no nome de minha filha. Cheguei antes e, no momento do check in, o apartamento em meu nome não foi localizado do sistema do hotel. Depois de um bom tempo de espera, fui informada de que, por um problema interno, não havia sido inserido no sistema, mas que o de minha filha estava ok. Fomos levados para um quarto bem pequeno, não muito condizente com as fotos do site. O quarto de minha filha estava de acordo. Hotel limpo, funcionários gentis. Café da manhã fraco, grande demora na reposição dos itens.

Fim de semana de frio intenso (-2°) e o aquecedor do quarto era um bem pequeno que não dava conta, as cortinas blecaute danificadas, por 2 dias ficamos sem água quente para tomar banho e o café da manhã era razoável, mas os rechaud as vezes apagavam e não havia supervisão... então ficava tudo frio....lá eu não volto mais

minha estadia foi maravilhosa. Atendimento em geral do hotel muito bom, pessoal super simpatico e prestativo. Quarto bom com camas boas. Café da manhã ótimo com muitas variedades. Piscina super quente, estava chovendo e frio, mas como a piscina estava muito quente aproveitamos muito.
