I like when they changed bed sheets and towels. Good selections of food at buffet and other restaurants. We got a nice balcony view. I just don’t like the body wash in the shower its just all water, I don’t think it was refilled with body wash. Good that we brought our own body soap. The elevator door has terrible squeaking sound when the door close and open

To be considered all-inclusive, most restaurants require reservations and the alcohol is not top shelf. You have to pay additional for liquor such as Jack Daniels. The landscape needs serious upkeep as well. The staff members were a little aggressive trying to get you to sit in on sales presentations under the guise of airport transfer verification.

Average stay. Wasn’t too bad wasn’t too good! Nice get away for a few days but definitely recommend staying on the luxury if you do not want to be surrounded by kids and families

We enjoyed our stay at Bahia Principe. We were a family of 4 with 2 other friends family of 4 each so total 12. Transfer: Transfer from airport went very well. Easy to find the transportation company - sign at airport was very well posted. Check in: Check in was quick and easy. We liked the fact that they provide wristbands as opposed to key cards. We were greeted by the bell boy who escorted us to our room. Main lobby was impressive, they had welcome drink in the lobby . Also.next to it was sports bar lobby which had nice refreshments . Room: We feel like hotel is lagging in house keeping. Room was booked for 4 however only 2 were provided. We had to call multiple times to request them. We did not receive them until next day. Bathroom was good but shower was little small with no lock. The bath gel was out and they brought new one but left on floor instead of hooking it up in holder. Activities: We were overall happy with the Activities however could have been little better Food: Food at Bahia principe was awesome the buffet restaurants has good options. We are vegetarian and they had enough options. I liked they fact that they assign seats together for group since not lot of buffet restaurants do that Pool/beach: One of the main attractions here is the awesome well maintained pool. We had such a good time. The private beach with lot of water activities made our stay memorable. The hotel app wasn't working on my phone and nobody could resolve it. Enjoyed our stay!
