The pillows and sheets needs to be updated. The lights and sprinkler systems along the driveway from the main entrance to the hotel needs repairs..overall I enjoy my stay and this was my second visit in 4 months. The parking lot needs to be managed much better and should be for people who pay to stay at the hotel. Am looking forward visit again very soon.

The food was good but making reservations was difficult. The staff didn’t want to help they just said scan the QR code all the time and when you tried to make reservations you can only do for your self and couldn’t do for the whole group

Property was beautiful, food was delicious, drinks on point. My kids had a time. Couple things I didn't care for is the tiny elevator that they dont clean daily yet its also full and you have to wait at lease 3/4 trips before getting your turn. They dont have room service nor pool services so you have to run and get your own food and drinks which isnt bad but hard if they expect tips and you soaking wet out the pool. I also did not like that there is no food options after 10pm and bars are open til two am. So you will be hungry and drunk so pack your own personal snacks. Beach was beautiful, pools over all were nice and the entertainment staff were lit. One Pound and Ana Banana big up unu self. We will absolutely be back, but I need a room closer to the elevators because that walk is entirely too long in those halls if you pass 20’s lol.

I love Jamaica

Jamaica ia a beautiful place to vacation. The RIU hotel is simple the best. The food, the service. The clean beach. the clean pool. The entertainment. The people. The climate. The air conditioned room. The alcohol. The room. The many places the relax. The free upgrade for returning guests. The hotel and the staff are not perfect and neither are we BUT every thing about this hotel says relax and have a good time. One thing I love the most is that the price you are quoted is the price it is plus taxes. No hidden fee and it is fully refunded if you cancel during the specified cancellation date.

I like nothing about this hotel, i had to check out before time due to an emergency i had, they refuse to give back that one night stay because i book through third party and the staff at the front desk didnt give me a paper or anything to say i checked before my prior date, even when i ask they said just call who a booked through
