Loved the resort and the staff! But the doors need something installed that will stop them from slamming. Guest going back to their rooms at two or 3 o’clock in the morning and letting the door slam wakes the entire floor up.

I had an incredible experience at Riu Palace Jamaica. From the moment I arrived, the hotel staff made me feel welcomed and well taken care of — their friendliness and professionalism truly stood out. The food was delicious with a great variety to choose from, satisfying all my cravings throughout the trip. The rooms were spotless and comfortable, providing a perfect retreat after a day of exploring. RIU Palace

The resort was great but they had a bug problem, I only saw it once but was told. All the staff was great. some of the cleaning supplies ran low. hot water issues.

I liked that it was clean and the staff was excellent. With limited things to do around the hotel, the only option was the shopping center across the road. We didnt feel safe walking there. There are no other dining options but inside the hotel. We chose the palace with the assumption that we would have access to all but didn't. We also were not able to use the hotel credit since it was really only a discount

There were a few staff members that made the stay very pleasant. They have lots of free things to do on the water off the property and many events throughout the day and night. All inclusive!
