First, I have zero complaints about the staff. They work hard, are friendly, and absolutely delightful. The food and drinks here were very good. We have stayed at quite a few all inclusives in the Caribbean and there are always minor inconveniences and issues. So I don’t typically complain. I do have to say this hotel has some condition issues and is in need of an update. Our friends room had water pouring out of the light fixture. Our room had a musty odor and was always either freezing or too humid. The layout is odd on the adult side. I would have probably opted to stay on the family side because it’s a little more updated and convenient to the beach and amenities. It was also really hard to get reservations in the a la carte restaurants. Overall we had a good trip. It was honestly what we expected since this was on the lower end of the price range for the area.

Loved this resort. It’s very big and allowed me to get a nice long walk in. The pool areas are nice and big. The entertainment was really good. I loved Crazy Legs. Plenty of food options. The rooms were beautiful and clean.

We had a fantastic time. It was our fifth visit to this Bahia and will return again. Two things that we weren’t happy about was we were not able to book any restaurants through the app in advance and once we were there they were already booked up. Also this is the fifth time they couldn’t give us late checkout.

This property is very big the staff was amazing, courteous in every aspect. The property was very clean. Food was amazing especially their dinner time menu. The only thing I did not like was the rooms were outdated and it had a smell. I did reach out to guest service. They came and lit the candle, which took care of the smell, but the rooms need to be updated.

We finished a week of vacation at this resort and we had a fantastic time. Staff is always friendly and eager to help. We were greeted immediately by Holly who showed us around and to our room. Her excitement for our vacation set everything off on the right foot! We were able to eat at a la carte every night (we booked 5) and they were all delicious. There are several buffets and they are all clean and there was a huge variety of food. The room service 24/7 was also a nice bonus. The spa was very nice and relaxing - thank you Shaday and Tearda for your time. You were great. Always a chair to sit by the pool or beach. The shows every night were great and the entertainment team makes it easy to meet people. Thank you for a great vacation.

I really don’t like how the bed sheets felt damp when we were going to bed , food was often cold at the buffets , the staff were very pestering trying to get us to buy things whenever we were just trying to enjoy vacation , the women in the bar areas were soooo mean and rude unless tipped . The guys were better .. I had trouble at check out because they wanted to charge me a random made up fee despite us already paying lots of money in the end anyways . Not a lot of activities on the resort .

*the resort is big, they expect you to use their app for everything. You don't know the restaurants hours, you can't find events or plan your stay, the entertainment group isn't always knowlegeable and gives you different information. You have to make reservations for dinner each night or eat at the buffet and if you miss reservations or are late there is a $20 charge. Extra charge for certain shows $15, certain liquors, beach party $15 pp, You have to swap cards for towels at the pool. You have to wear a wrist band your whole stay which is also your room key. The rooms should have an extra lock on the inside of the door. To many sales people all over the resort pressuring you to do breakfast and listen to their TS resort presentation. Lastly, the pool water was COLD. Not a lot of people in the pools between the temp of the water and the wind, rain. It was just too chilly!! Everyone agreed! If the temp was a little warmer we would have been in more often even with the eind and rain. The view and beach was beautiful. But because the resort is so huge, and they expect you to use their app for everything, reservations, a grounds map, menus etc. I would not recomend to older non-tech savy people, lots of walking and stairs.

This was a terrible property. The resort was poorly staffed and several restaurants and bars were not open, making it nearly impossible to get a dinner reservation. Although some staff really did the best they could, many staff members were rude and unwilling to help guests. Our experience was not positive and we ended up moving to a different resort after four days to try to salvage the rest of our vacation.

The outside of facility was nice. Pools looked great, but closed early at 6pm and water was cold. Tours ended about 4-6pm, which did not give us time to get in even if we wanted. Spa closed early at 5pm and were not able to get massages either. Beach was ok, but cannot walk in it without water shoes. Restaurants were very limited and was only able to reserve 2. One was great and other was not at all, we walked out. Jasmine buffet was great. They upgraded our room, but was dated, had broken shower door, broken door to mini fridge and there was a roach in the bathroom. Halls had carpet, were dirty and smelled bad. Most staff were nice.

Inclusive property. Only complaint: Room was not ready when we arrived, had to wait 2 hours. After that it was great! Everyone was friendly, helpful and welcoming. You have to sign up for the restaurants on their website on day one of your trip as they book up fast. During our trip they had limited staff available, but the buffet’s were terrific as well. It would be nice if they could have extended the pool hours to the evening as well. Great place, highly recommended!
