Found in the heart of the Tuscan countryside close to the town of Montepulciano, Villa Aretina is a charming villa with a private swimming pool and a wellness area. It is situated in the Parco Villa Trecci between Valdichiana and Val d'Orcia, and guests are offered a free visit during their stay. The villa is also close to many traditional towns and is within driving distance of the famous art cities of Florence, Siena, Montalcino, and more.

The villa (400 sqm) develops over two levels (ground floor and first floor) connected by a lift.

On the ground floor, you will find a large dining room and a well-equipped modern kitchen as well as a bathroom and a wellness area that overlooks the garden. The wellness area includes an indoor heated pool with hydro-massage, sauna, Turkish bath, and sensory showers.

A second living room and kitchen are located on the first floor, while the sleeping area develops over two floors. There are five double bedrooms (with double beds) with ensuite bathrooms (with showers), and one twin bedroom (with two single beds) and an ensuite bathroom (with a shower).

The villa is surrounded by a park which has around 400 different plant varieties, a small lake, an organic farm, an olive grove, and vineyards. The villa is completely fenced and the garden features a private swimming pool (5 x 24m; Depth 1m - 2m; open from 1 May – 30 September) with a sunbathing area (with sun loungers) and a sitting area with comfortable outdoor seating. You will also find lawns, a shady alfresco dining area as well as a 1.5 km fenced trail where you can walk or run and parking.

The villa also offers: cooking courses with a private chef for the preparation and tasting of the various typical Tuscan dishes; visits to the wine canteens of Montepulciano, olive harvesting in the oil period, visits to the local cheese factories; flights in an air balloon, excursions on horseback, and truffle searching accompanied by the famous truffle dogs or pigs.

There is no washing machine, but our staff provides laundry service included in the price. Laundry items are collected and delivered, so guests don't have to worry about it during their vacation.
