The main building, with a history dating back to the 1400s, underwent an extraordinary metamorphosis between 1996 and 1998, transforming into a holiday villa of rare beauty. Next to it, an annex building dating back to the 18th and 19th centuries completes this jewel of elegance and refinement.
This villa can be booked in its entirety, ideal for holidays with friends, in a context of pure relaxation and luxury. The private swimming pool, surrounded by numerous deckchairs and an elegant gazebo, is the perfect refuge to enjoy the Tuscan sun in an atmosphere of total serenity.
But the beauty of Villa Isaia extends far beyond its walls. This spectacular residence is surrounded by a centuries-old garden, a true botanical paradise, with paths that invite romantic walks and quiet corners for reading. There is a tennis court for fun and recreation, while the vast swimming pool is an oasis of coolness.
Inside the villa, old-world charm is combined with modern comforts. Every room is air-conditioned, and the bedrooms all have their own private bathroom. The villa has 16 bedrooms, while on request it is possible to book the dependance, which sleeps 6, and the owner's flat, which can accommodate a further 4 people, bringing the total to 35 guests.

Villa Isaia is situated in the heart of the Tuscany countryside, between Siena and Florence, and is the ideal accommodation for anybody who loves nature. Encircled by luxury gardens, the villa stands on top of a hill and enjoys a breathtaking view over Siena.
The main building, owned for centuries by one Roman Aristocratic Family, dates back to 1400 and was restructured with loving care during 1996 – 1998, while additional construction was added between the 18th and 19th century, transforming the building into a splendid holiday villa in Italy. The villa can be rented as a whole to spend your holiday with friends and, for your relaxing moments, a large swimming pool equipped with sun beds and gazebos offers abundant shade, which is a perfect heaven to rest or contemplate the breathtaking view offered by this luxury villa in Italy.
This spectacular property is encircled by a secular garden where among all varieties of trees you will find multicolored flowers of local species. Crossed by a number of walkways, suitable for a romantic walk or to relax reading a book, our park gives everybody the chance to have fun, and even the most active guests of the villa will enjoy a memorable holiday in Italy. The marvelous garden makes the villa an oasis of peace that rises among the hills of Tuscany to make its guests enjoy a pleasant stay in a villa with pool and tennis court. In the hot summer days Villa Isabella, thanks to its private pool, offers you the chance to relax contemplating the breathtaking view of the Tuscany countryside.
The villa has 3 floors. All the rooms are air-conditioned and all the bedrooms have en suite bathroom.
The bedrooms have kept intact the atmosphere an ancient charming house and each day they will make you feel new emotions, since each one has different colors and decors that match perfectly with the warm tones of the fabrics and curtains.
This spacious villa has 16 bedrooms, all with private bathroom, and sleeps 31 guests. Upon request, you can also rent the owner’s private apartment, which accommodates 4 guests, for a total of 35 guests.

Other rooms: Access to the entrance hall is by means of a short flight of stairs. On the right the television room (SAT TV, DVDs, VCR) has a massive plasma screen and is adjacent to the children’s play room (with the latest Playstation, etc.) and corner bar. Shaded terrace equipped for evening aperitifs or card games. There are stairs from the lobby to the upper and lower floors. Another corridor leads to the family chapel. There are many communal spaces and living rooms. On the lower floor: professional kitchen and the dining room which can be opened up for large groups of diners. These rooms have access to a shaded terrace where up to thirty-six guests can be accommodated for exquisite al-fresco dining. The lower floor also contains a spacious living room with spectacular arches and local stone features.
Amazing luxury villa with all the comforts you can ask for. The villa itself is amazing, each room is unforgettable and the outside, garden, swimming-pool tennis court, etc, is perfect for perfect holiday. The villa has absolutely everything, it is hard to find any little negative aspect. If your group is larger than 31 people, you can rent the whole structure for 35 people.

Pricing Information:
This property can only be booked from Saturday to Saturday.
Included in the price:
- Welcome dinner
- 1 manager, 4 maids /waiters, 6 days a week (1 day off during the week) up to 25 people
- Maids can work on the day off at the price of 50,00€ each
- Morning 8,30 am – 1 pm / Afternoon 4 pm – 8 pm (cleaning the living areas + bedrooms and bathrooms + outdoor area, swimming pool, etc..)
- Concierge service
- Daily breakfast 8.30 – 9.30 (bread, butter, jam, honey, eggs, yogurt, juice, coffee, tea, milk)
- Bathroom towel are changed twice a week (Saturday and Wednesday)
- Electricity / air conditioning until the consummation of 2.000 KW
- Gas for hot water
- Internet connection
- Pool towels (up to 30 towels weekly)

Excluded from the price:
- City Tax
- Extra food to be paid in euro upon presentation of the shopping receipts

- Extra people, one or two, needs to be hired as extra over a number of 25 guests for 8 hours a day at 15,00€/hour

- Additional pool’s towels: 2,00€ for each towel
- Telephone and fax service to be billed to individual rooms
Dinner: 5 course dinner 45,00€ per person, 55,00€ fish menu per person, for minimum 20 people, including food, chef with helpers, waiters service at the table and maids to set up the kitchen. Preferably, dinner should be served at 8,00 p.m. Beverage excluded, to be paid separately.
We have a good selection of wines. Please, ask us for the list.
The staff work in the evening up to 10,30 pm; after that time there is extra cost of 18,00€/hour for each maid/waiter.
Lunch: upon request at an extra cost to be arranged on site; to book in advance.
Security Deposit: Customers are required to pay in adavance (bank transfer) 6.000.00€ security deposit, which will be returned at the end of the stay upon damages.

The following might be to be paid extra: Refundable Security Deposit by credit card, Service Package, Utilities.
