Located 3 km from Montignac (with all amenities and the Lascaux 4 International Centre for Cave Art), this detached 110 m² house is situated in a hamlet of four dwellings. Ground floor: Living room with kitchenette, fireplace, and Wi-Fi. First floor: Lounge with fireplace at the top of the stairs, then through a door, a hallway leads to three bedrooms: two with double beds (140 cm) and one with two single beds (90x190 cm). There is also a shower room with WC. A single folding bed (90 cm) is available upon request. A separate WC is accessible via eight steps. The property features a 100 m² enclosed courtyard and an unfenced 4000 m² garden with garden furniture, sun loungers, a barbecue, a swing, a ping-pong table (rackets and balls provided), and a private swimming pool. Oil heating: €15/day, electricity up to 8 kWh/day, pool heating, bed linen, and household linen included. Towels: €10/person/change. End-of-stay cleaning: €120. Electricity beyond 8 kWh/day: €0.25/additional kWh. Pets (2 max): €4/day. The cottage overlooks the Vézère Valley and the Thot hill, nestled in a large green space. Our donkeys, 100m away, await your cuddles.

You can easily arrange visits to the castles of the Vézère Valley (for example, the Château de Losse is 1 km away, and the Château de Sauveboeuf is 5 km away), the Dordogne region, and the prehistoric sites of the Vézère Valley. Hiking trails start right from the cottage. You can find picnic areas along the Vézère River between Montignac-Lascaux and Les Eyzies.

Heated, saltwater swimming pool for the exclusive use of guests. Dimensions: 9 x 4 m. Depth: 1 m to 1.70 m. Safety features include an automatic roller shutter cover with remote control. Access is via steps. The pool will be open from June 1st to August 30th and heated to a maximum of 25°C for environmental reasons and except in cases of force majeure due to electrical issues.

They have two gîtes for 8 people; this one is located in the commune of Montignac-Lascaux: 24G34118, and the other, 24G271171, is located in the commune of Auriac-du-Périgord, 5 km from Lascaux-Quatre, and therefore from Montignac-Lascaux.

Both are situated in the countryside, in a peaceful setting, with a private, secure, automatic salt-water swimming pool. It will be our pleasure to welcome you for the most enjoyable holiday possible.
