J’avais demandĂ© 1 chambre au dernier Ă©tage et au calme, mais j’ai Ă©tĂ© installĂ©e en RDC, juste Ă  cĂŽtĂ© de la piscine. La chambre avait une couette Ă©paisse malgrĂ© 38 °C, la climatisation Ă©tait bruyante et peu efficace, le sol creux rĂ©sonnait Ă  chaque pas, et j’entendais aussi les pas du voisin du dessus malgrĂ© mes Ă©couteurs. Bruit dĂšs 7 h du matin. La pire nuit de ma vie, rĂ©veillĂ©e trempĂ©e de chaud et couverte de piqĂ»res d’insectes. L’accueil a Ă©tĂ© sympathique et on nous a offert le petit-dĂ©jeuner en compensation. Malheureusement, l’expĂ©rience du buffet a Ă©tĂ© catastrophique : clients se servant avec les mains, tables sales, pas de place Ă  l’intĂ©rieur. En terrasse, chaleur et guĂȘpes rendaient le moment dĂ©sagrĂ©able. Equipe du PDJ etait top. Le barman du lundi 11/08 vers 16 h, etait desagreable et irrespectueux, il m’a rĂ©primandĂ©e au milieu de ma rĂ©union alors que j'intervenais car je n'etais pas a la "bonne" table. MalgrĂ© mes gestes pour lui demander de patienter, il a continuĂ© Ă  interrompre ma rĂ©union et Ă  me parler comme Ă  1 enfant. La femme de mĂ©nage du restaurant faisait un bruit infernal Ă  16 h (chaises traĂźnĂ©es, coups de balai). Attitudes indignent d un 4 Ă©toiles. Le salon Ă©tait bruyant, pire qu’un hall de gare. Impossible de travailler ou se detendre.Je ne comprends pas les notes de 10/10 et les 4 Ă©toiles. L’expĂ©rience ressemblait plus Ă  un hĂŽtel Ă©conomique type Ibis Budget qu’à un Ă©tablissement haut de gamme.

Bra bemötande och bra elladdning

Efter en vÀldigt jobbig dags resa, med dÄlig upplevelse av att fÄ hjÀlp med bilen som krÄnglat, kom vi fram till Novotel och blev sÄ trevligt mottagna. En snabb matbit hann vi med, bra bemötande Àven dÀr.Det gjorde att vÄr dag slutade bra. Ett stort plus var elladdning precis utanför receptionen, dÀr vi kunde stÄ hela natten, viktigt för oss med elbil. Vi Äkte fulladdat morgon efter en vÀldigt god frukost. Kommer gÀrna tillbaka.
