Bra bemötande och bra elladdning

Efter en väldigt jobbig dags resa, med dålig upplevelse av att få hjälp med bilen som krånglat, kom vi fram till Novotel och blev så trevligt mottagna. En snabb matbit hann vi med, bra bemötande även där.Det gjorde att vår dag slutade bra. Ett stort plus var elladdning precis utanför receptionen, där vi kunde stå hela natten, viktigt för oss med elbil. Vi åkte fulladdat morgon efter en väldigt god frukost. Kommer gärna tillbaka.

J’avais demandé 1 chambre au dernier étage et au calme, mais j’ai été installée en RDC, juste à côté de la piscine. La chambre avait une couette épaisse malgré 38 °C, la climatisation était bruyante et peu efficace, le sol creux résonnait à chaque pas, et j’entendais aussi les pas du voisin du dessus malgré mes écouteurs. Bruit dès 7 h du matin. La pire nuit de ma vie, réveillée trempée de chaud et couverte de piqûres d’insectes. L’accueil a été sympathique et on nous a offert le petit-déjeuner en compensation. Malheureusement, l’expérience du buffet a été catastrophique : clients se servant avec les mains, tables sales, pas de place à l’intérieur. En terrasse, chaleur et guêpes rendaient le moment désagréable. Equipe du PDJ etait top. Le barman du lundi 11/08 vers 16 h, etait desagreable et irrespectueux, il m’a réprimandée au milieu de ma réunion alors que j'intervenais car je n'etais pas a la "bonne" table. Malgré mes gestes pour lui demander de patienter, il a continué à interrompre ma réunion et à me parler comme à 1 enfant. La femme de ménage du restaurant faisait un bruit infernal à 16 h (chaises traînées, coups de balai). Attitudes indignent d un 4 étoiles. Le salon était bruyant, pire qu’un hall de gare. Impossible de travailler ou se detendre.Je ne comprends pas les notes de 10/10 et les 4 étoiles. L’expérience ressemblait plus à un hôtel économique type Ibis Budget qu’à un établissement haut de gamme.

Très bon service, personnel très accueillant. Par contre la climatisation est trop faible (trop chaud la nuit pour bien dormir), trop de clarté la nuit. Literie très confortable
