Not impressed

Hotel was very comfortable bed pillows all extremely comfortable room quite large, lovely large windows for natural sunlight with blackout blinds. Shower was great no complaints there. My only complaint was after an extremely long flight and two days of travelling when I came to the hotel I wanted to have a celebratory drink And the bar was not open. I was told the attendant will not be there till five and that's when food would be available well 630 still no attendant I went across the road to the Sheraton hotel had a lovely dinner there and came back and retired. That is my only complaint for some people. It may seem petty but for myself I was hungry, tired and I wanted to take a moment to be proud of my accomplishments of what I did the week prior travelling in the Netherlands.

The staff at the property are friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed a cocktail at the bar and the bartender was nice and provided good recommendations. We found it easy to navigate the public transportation to the property. We were extra thankful there was a shuttle to the airport every 30 minutes that doesn’t require a reservation.

There is a surprise 15% mark up when you get to the hotel, then they want a $25 a night parking fee. not in the add on Expedia, staff was not helpful and everytime we asked to see her computer to see what she was asking from the credit card she said it downs show me nothing. Arrived at 6pm to check in , finally left the hotel to rebook another place, Expedia was able to negotiate us one night then we would have to move. Never going back to this hotel
