There was no breakfast included but did have an excellent coffee machine in the lobby. Parking was valet off-site where someone parked a car in front of our car and took their keys making a 30 minute delay in leaving to find the car’s owner to move it.

You have incredible front desk staff! Especially a young lady with blond hair. I'm sorry I didn't catch her name. She was incredibly kind and welcoming. The only thing missing was I kept being given decaf coffee in the room when I would have preferred fully caffeinated.

Easy walk to old Montreal. Parking garage very tight but nice free charging and also locked up always so felt safe. Area around the property a bit dodgy, but we walked back at night on Rue St Laurent and it felt much safer than Rue Hotel de ville even though that’s a more direct route.

The best thing about our room was a window that could open!! Street was quiet. It would have been nice to have a breakfast, felt more like a Best Western, maybe not a Plus! Staff was very helpful.

I booked this hotel around 3 months ahead of our trip and snagged an awesome deal through Expedia. They even upgraded us to a King room for my wife's birthday! The hotel is conveniently located near all the attractions, like Old Port Montreal, Downtown, Mile End, and more!

The location is great and the staff were absolutely lovely. The room was big and had everything I needed. The public areas are great as well, and having free coffee available in the lobby is a fantastic touch. Only potential downside is that the area around the hotel doesn't look very appealing. I'm from a big city myself so I'm used to it and I didn't feel unsafe, but it is quite run down. Still, for the price, location and staff, I would definitely stay there again.
