One of the staff was terribly rude! She didn't give me a parking spot, but fortunately, after one day, the other staff were very kind and always found a way to solve the problem. One night, I parked my car in a public parking lot.

Good location but not clean

The location is good but the room is a bit dated with carpet. The room and bedding are not really clean. Seemed to get bed bug bite after stay.

The hotel staff were kind and social. Check-in was quick and easy. We enjoyed our stay here. One star was taken off due to our bathroom toilet seat being loose - anytime we sat on it, it shifted to the side and was quite the scare the first time. Other than that, the hotel was a nice place to rest.

They property is very nice. Clean and comfortable. Lobby is comfortable, and they have a great coffee machine with many options. The area outside, which is not in their control, is not the cleanest. Evenings I didn't particularly feel safe. The restaurant, Da Giovanni is very good. Great pizzas.

The actual hotel was excellent. However, when we pulled up to the hotel it was a little sketchy looking with the homeless around and the dirty vacant lot beside it. Although, once inside we were very happy and the staff were wonderful! We would stay here again!
