The staff was welcoming and even provided a bag with water and granola bars. Room was good. Only thing was the desk chair was a little worn and one of the arms was broken. Over all it was good for a one night stay.

Room spotless; beds comfy; bathroom nicely updated; quiet and peaceful room 213. Reception upon arrival very friendly and accommodating. Reception coffee dispenser free 24/7 wonderful lattés and other coffee options. Onsight restaurant De Giovanni’s for Italian fare not expensive. Great stay!

The chemical smell was so strong. I stayed up all night struggling to sleep. I never went to a hotel where I felt like all the clean agents are still there. It was such a torture. I opened all the windows but the smell still lingered.

Very convenient walk to the MTELUS for a show we were going to see. Valet parking was wonderful, and a nice option. Kurig coffee makers in the lobby were absolutely wonderful and available 24 hours throughout the day! Breakfast was made to order and tasted great. Definitely a great place to stay in the city.
