Great room. Great staff. Parking weird.

Our hotel room was one of the best we have ever stayed in. Perfect. Staff was great. Our only negative was the parking garage. It is not the fault of the hotel, but parking to stay at the hotel was completely confusing. It became a real laugh for us that we could never find the P1 or 2 areas where we were supposed to park. Overall, great stay, totally comfortable. We were happy.

Great Place and Great Location

The AC on room needs to get fixed. We were sweating at night, even though the AC said it was at 65, it would not stay consistent. Other than that the hotel staff was very friendly, it is on a great location. Modern and clean. Keep in mind that there is construction around the area so if you are staying during the week there will be noise. But on the weekends it’s ok. Breakfast a bit expensive, so we ate next door. Will come back! Thank you to the staff!

This was my first time visiting the DoubleTree Hotel in Montréal. I strongly recommend thinking twice before booking through a third-party service! The stay was very expensive, but the service felt cheap, and the room was just average, nothing special at all. Even the TV channels required an extra payment. For two nights, I spent $870 (NO BREAKFAST), and honestly, for what? On top of that, I had to go out for breakfast at PETINOS, which, to be fair, was an excellent place to eat. Overall, I cannot recommend using a third-party service for this hotel.
