Staff was great. Because of the cold weather the restaurant was freezing so we asked to have our food delivered to our room. Nachos were burnt, Onion soup was burnt. I call the restaurant and they made a new batch of food for us and that was better. Prices were very expensive. The swimming pool was supposed to be heated it was freezing.
I have never seen sliced white bread on a onion soup before.

Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Staff were excellent. The hot tub wasn't working in optimal form, but otherwise it was a great hotel for a weekend visit to Montreal.
