Au moment de réserver, je n'avais pas été informée que la piscine était en maintenance. Je m'attendais à pouvoir en profiter et je suis déçue de ne pas avoir eu la possibilité de me relaxer le soir. Aussi, un autre problème qui ne provient pas de l'hôtel heureusement, est le bruit des camions de la ville de Montréal qui devaient déneiger les rues. Bien entendu, cela est hors de contrôle de l'hôtel, mais je me suis fait réveiller aux 10 minutes presque toute la nuit. J'ai avisé la réception vers 01h15 AM et un agent très gentil et poli est venu constater par lui-même. J'aurais aimé être avisé à mon arrivée et pouvoir prendre une chambre située dans un endroit moins bruyant. Je suis quand même satisfaite de mon séjour en générale et ce pour quoi j'ai noté des 5 étoiles partout, sauf pour 2 items (4 étoiles).

We stayed here in the middle of the worst blizzard Montreal has seen in 80 years. Staff was courteous and accommodating. Entrance was well cleared of snow ( and believe me there was a lot) and rooms were very clean. Close to all downtown attractions. A bit pricey but worth it.

The hotel itself was great. Staff were excellent and very accommodating. The TV had very few channels. The biggest drawback was the Internet….. it was ridiculous. When you could get on… it only last 3-4 minutes. When we spoke to the front desk they said we could pay for better internet. Not a chance in this day and age should Internet be that bad. You pay enough for the room that… “the better” internet should be included. For that reason… we will never stay there again.

Our room felt like a jail cell. It had one small corner window, no lights in the ceiling and one standup light that didn’t provide any light. I did let the property know that although the room was ‘ok’, I wouldn’t book here again.

I had booked my stay in preparation for an event that was occurring over Valentine’s Day weekend and from the reviews online was satisfied with the area and how the hotel looked. When we actually arrived on site this hotel exceeded expectations. The staff were very accommodating. The room was clean and spacious and their elevators featured a card swipe function that allowed us to feel completely safe that no one was getting into the building/parking garage that should not have been there. They even called us overnight to let us know that I had somehow accidentally left my car light on, so I did not run down the battery which was a lifesaver! Although you had to pay for breakfast, there were multiple different options available in and around the city, all of which were easily walkable, despite the snow which was to be expected since it is the winter. Overall, we had the most pleasant experience and I would highly recommend this hotel for your stay in downtown Montreal.

A great place to stay. The room was enormous, clean, renovated, very quiet. The micro-wave, fridge and coffee maker are always welcome. Enjoyed the pool/jacuzzi and steamroom. Made for a great night of sleep

Room was spacious & clean but dark , There were small accessory lights . No frills - no pen , paper , No area guide of restaurants or events . Had to ask for toilet paper & clean towels, one very tiny bar of soap at the sink . Had a very poor breakfast in Circos - took about an 60 - 90 min . Waiter forgot the toast for two of us and forgot a bagel for one of us . Eggs & bacon ok - potatoes freezer style cubes $21 . Coffee extra ok but not hot ! ! Staff very pleasant & helpful though ! Room rate is good but probably wouldn’t go back !
