AC was not working even though the maintenance person told us it was. The room was hot and uncomfortable at night. Also several of the plugs in our room were not working and the light about the right bed was not working

Chose this property for the convenient location. Only concern was that our room was next to an admin office which could be noisy at times. On the plus side, we were able to check in early, the room was clean, the staff were polite and helpful.

Toiletries were not provided as expected out of a Hilton property. There were stains on the couch in the room and even in the washbasin. For the per day rates and the Hilton brand it was disappointing. But the staff were very courteous and made a welcoming environment.
