It was great, good food at restaurant, friendly staff, warm pool, clean areas. Had to ask once for a room clean but no big deal. For the money this place cannot be beat and we will be back next time we visit our family in Montreal

the room is big and clean the bathroom too super nice and clean.front desk staff very nice.close to restaurants,metro train and shopping mall.the only thing that is disappointing is that if you happen to get the one with connecting room you can hear the people on the other side.but over all the place is nice and beautiful.

Housekeeping was aweful. Everyday there were issues with my room except my last day. I stayed a week. There was no bath gel. There was no soap or kleenex replacement. The bathroom counter was always dirty, floors were never mopped. There were a few days when my bed wasnt made. Coffee area neglected. I never felt that things were clean. I am So disappointed I would hope that a Hilton would do better. Reception staff were great❗️. I have stayed at this location before and i never experienced such problems with housekeeping. Waste of money

The room and staff were great! Loved the half price happy hour drinks. But both of my meals were underwhelming. Had to send my steak back as it was undercooked and the veggies were cold. At breakfast my egg dish was missing the fruit, the toast was dry and there was no butter, jam or salt and pepper.
