We appreciated the great communication from the hotel in advance of our stay. The room is very bare bones, but it is very large and clean. Wifi seemed very slow.
Nice location. Nice room. A little mold on the shower stall. Bottom mattress of bunk bed fell to floor with adult on bed and turning to side in sleep.

I had a room for one. The room was clean, however there was an odour…almost septic like…which required the window to be open.
I found the hotel to be tired….not sure much effort is put in to upkeep

The hotel is in a great location a quiet street downtown. The building has tons of character and room 121 was large but oddly had no closet or place to hang a coat or jacket. Otherwise it was easy and convenient
The property was very dated. I had to use my own outlet to provide a usb in the room. Unfortunately, I left it behind when packing. The rooms are small but adequate. There is no lotion or other samples I’m used to having in a room. The staff was nice. The area was excellent!
Exceptional value for the price, and wonderful character.

It is self check in, but I didn’t receive check in instructions to my email prior to arriving, so I had to call to be directed on what to do. My washroom was in the hallway and the code for the washroom would not work. Someone was later sent to address the issue. Staff should work on phone etiquette.
