Broken AC for months. Be careful!

The property sends you an automated message saying that the AC unit is broken in the hotel AFTER you booked and can't ask for a refund. It was 28 degrees in my room at night, windows cannot be opened. They provided a contractor fan to try to make up for the high temperature in the room, which made terrible noise through the entire night. Got caught by this twice in 2 months, thinking they must've fixed their AC two months later... well they didn't.

The hearing and cooling system in the room was not working properly making the room very cold. It took a very long time to fix the problem which was a dead battery in the thermostat.

The room was not cleaned for our second night's stay. We ran out of toilet paper and had to buy our own. Towels and soap were not replenished. The thermostat did not work and was stuck on cold. There were insects crawling around the bathroom. The clock radio was set to the wrong time without any way to set it to the correct time. There were noisy people outside until 3 a.m. making sleep impossible. Considering the room was over $300 per night, this was a terrible experience and don't recommend this mediocre "hotel" to anyone else!

Welcoming, excellent bicycle storage facility, given extra coffee when asked, super comfortable beds, clean rooms and hotel. Only disappointment was that the hot tub was not filled and ready for use. Highly recommend.

Great hotel!

Excellent experience at this hotel. Although they did not have a/c during my visit, they provided me with a fan and a solution to their problem. The area was also prestigous and older but still nicee.
