Bad night sleep in a freezing cold room

We arrived in the evening to check in - the reservation was paid for in advance and when we were checking in, they required a $100 hold on our credit card for damages. We were told that would come off our card in about a week. Ok fine. We get to our room and it’s very cold, the heat is off. I went down to the desk to request an extra blanket because the bedding is very lightweight. I was given a sheet, because apparently there are no extra blankets. It took all night for the room to finally warm up, just in time for check out. Bad night sleep.
