1 Very slow service—only one person serving multiple guests. 2 In room phone not working. 3. Room not cleaned; front desk reported only done every second day. 4 generally poor service due lack of staff!?

Chambre pas pratique: seulement un crochet pour suspendre les serviettes, pas de petit tapis dans l’entrée donc flaques d’eau sur le plancher à cause des bottes d’hiver, on pile dans l’eau pour atteindre les interrupteurs des lumières. Manque d’intimité car douche et lavabo à aire ouverte avec la chambre. On a aimé le billard. La piscine était malheureusement brisée lors de notre séjour.

This was our first stay and we’ll definitely come back! Rooms were modern and clean. Free parking restaurant in hotel was great and it was walking distance to several other restaurants across the street. Although there was an ice storm just before our arrival so we just drove/ubered places. It’s about a 15-20 minute drive from downtown Montreal but I prefer to be in less busy areas but still close enough to the city.

They charged me for 2 rooms on 2 seperate credits card. And when I called them, they keep telling me that I booked 4 rooms. There is some fraudulent activity going on here. I asked to speak to a supervisor or manager, theyve told me no one is in for a few days.
