Good value, valet was overpriced, room service charge was pretty heavy however the area and room were fantastic for what we paid. I’d go again just and just avoid the extra charges. Staff are very helpful and friendly, also bilingual.

Very nice large hotel room. Room was not accessible by elevator. My Disabled brother was expected to climb stairs. Once we arrived in our room we wanted to l ave but the only working elevator was broken. We were given 3 bottles of water and we were trapped on the 4th floor for hours. No food was supplied. We were not notified when the elevator eventually started to operate. I managed to climb down the 5 flights of stairs. When I got to the lobby level I had to jump over vomit that was obstructing the stairwell exit. We were offered no compensation for the inconvenience.

LOUD and didn't care to make it right

We were given a room directly above a known wedding venue. It was loud, like hearing all the words to every song, loud. Wanted to get to bed early after a long travel day however, impossible with the noise. Room cost $345 per night and their solution was to comp us parking and an overpriced breakfast equal to $160 and a room upgrade for our next stay. They stated they couldn't comp us the one night because we booked through Hotels.com. We're not going back and they know that, so they're okay with us paying $175 for a room you couldn't sleep in, until the wedding was over.

The area is ideal to the historic old town of Montreal. It is very walkable with lots of food options all over. The hotel restaurant is very very good. The coffee in the lobby was excellent! I also enjoyed the water in the lobby with the fresh fruit.
