Booked during a snowstorm so at last minute. The room was fine, if cool, and the hotel is large, but there was little personality and the rate was much higher than the basic facilities warrant. We picked as it was somewhat close to the airport, though the taxi was still quite expensive. The staff were pleasant.

Ruby Foo’s was great! The rooms were comfortable and clean and staff were helpful. Only downside was no restaurant/lounge so don’t plan on food/drinks at the hotel. They did offer croissants and muffins for purchase as a substitute. A final note was that the parking lot was not well cleaned after a snowfall- it had been plowed but not salt so very slippery.

We were very happy with our accommodations as we had requested a room with a kitchenette. The room was spacious and very clean. The other added bonus was the available parking. We would definitely consider rebooking at Ruby Foo's Hotel.

Chose Ruby Foos because of in house restaurant but it was closed. Had to find a place for dinner. And...What they offered for breakfast in the lobby was totally inadequate. You would think the management would have provided patrons better options despite the severe weather conditions. And..snow was not adequately removed from pull up driveway.

The outside decor was very unique, cool lights at night, they have an outdoor skating rink that unfortunately closes at 9pm. It's quite outdated in the rooms.
